3. No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

If events are canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the ticket will be valid for a future event.

Tickets cannot be refunded due to personal circumstances such as:

Travel issues

Schedule conflicts

Personal reasons

If you are unable to attend an event, you may:

Use ticket insurance offered by the ticket platform (for example, Billetto insurance) if purchased during checkout.

4. Event Changes

Artist cancellations or lineup changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.

5. Entry and Conduct

Entry to events requires a valid ticket.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who:

Violate venue rules

Behave aggressively or dangerously

Are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances

Disturb other guests or staff

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

6. Photography and Media

Events may be photographed or filmed.

By attending an event, you consent to the use of images or video recordings where you may appear for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Attendees participate in events at their own risk.

Rave Stockholm AB is not responsible for:

Personal injuries

Lost or stolen belongings

Damages resulting from circumstances outside our control

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the ticket.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Disputes may be handled by Swedish courts or through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
